Business Terms

The full wording behind the LocalShot business guidelines. LocalShot is designed to protect both businesses and creators.

Business guidelines, in short

  • · Provide a safe environment for the creator.
  • · Clearly indicate where the creator may film.
  • · Tell the creator which products or areas are restricted.
  • · Only ask for work that is part of the LocalShot mission.
  • · Respect the creator and their time.
  • · Report any problem through LocalShot.
  • · Do not make unsupported accusations against creators.

1. Your content visit

A local creator visits your business at the agreed moment and creates the content described in your plan. Creators are identity-verified before they can accept a paid mission and have accepted the LocalShot Creator Code.

2. A safe visit

You provide a safe environment for the creator and clearly indicate where filming is allowed. If certain products, rooms or areas are restricted, add location instructions to the mission so the creator knows before arriving.

3. Scope of the mission

The creator is there to create content. Please do not ask for tasks outside the LocalShot mission, and treat the creator professionally throughout the visit.

4. Visit record

Each visit has a check-in and a check-out timestamp, so both sides have a factual record of when the creator was at your business.

5. Reporting an issue

If something goes wrong, report it through LocalShot. We review each report and hear both sides. LocalShot does not decide responsibility automatically and does not act on an accusation alone. Unsupported accusations against creators are not acceptable.

6. Content and publishing

Approved content is yours to use for your own marketing. Nothing is published until you approve it, and creators never get access to your social accounts.

7. Trust & Safety

LocalShot provides a clear process: verified creators, a written brief, a visit record and a review path for incidents. LocalShot cannot guarantee that no incident will ever happen, but every mission has an accountable process behind it.
